Location: Worthing (site based)
Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday

What will you be doing?

The ILP Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team within the ILP (Inspection, Labelling & Packing) department.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong leader who has experience of managing a team within a GMP environment. This experience will have been gained in a role which involves packaging/inspection.

You will be a confident communicator who has experience of process improvement/lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team; demonstrating leadership and maintaining high morale Foster a positive "can do" attitude within the team and drive forward initiatives as requested by management Develop formal training and education plans for all individuals within the team Ensure team members are trained and work compliantly to all relevant SOPs Ensure appropriate SOPs are in place, up to date, and accurately map the processes they detail Monitor and manage Change Requests, Non-Conformances, and Protocol Deviations, ensuring timely resolution Maintain data integrity assessments and oversee the completion of Non Conformance reports, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks Prioritize tasks and manage working schedules to ensure customer delivery dates are met while maintaining GMP requirements Continuously strive for time/cost/labour reductions and process improvements, including safety and quality enhancements Develop, implement, and continuously improve ILP processes according to lean principles such as Visual Management, 5S, and Standard Work
