We are looking for a part-time Instagram Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a business-growth consultancy working with purpose-driven founders. This role includes a structured path to move into a Sales Closer position after consistent performance.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing Instagram outreach, engaging prospects in direct messages, and booking qualified discovery calls. This role is ideal for someone who already has another income stream and who wants long-term growth into a closing position.
Remote | Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
Engage prospects through Instagram direct messages
Nurture an existing list of warm contacts
Identify additional suitable prospects
Participate in structured, thoughtful outreach
Book qualified discovery calls
Encourage attendance for scheduled online sessions
Maintain organized tracking of engagement activities
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as an SDR or in B2B sales
Experience with Instagram outreach and DM-based relationship building
Strong communication skills (written, voice notes, and conversational messaging)
Comfortable speaking with founders and experienced business owners
Skilled in prospect research and authentic engagement
Familiar with higher-value service offerings
Able to work independently and manage your own workflow
Based in a time zone compatible with US or European business hours
