We're looking for

Retail Team Members

who will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our retail customers, while also helping to create engaging in-store content on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

If you love connecting with people both in-person and online, and you're excited to help bring our products to life in creative ways, this is the role for you!

We're looking for people who:

Are passionate about providing a Scentsational experience to every customer Love home fragrance (especially Olivia's Haven!) Are outgoing, camera-friendly and ready to entertain and engage Are comfortable creating engaging social media content Are available and willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, offering friendly, helpful advice to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and recommend products based on customer preferences. Create engaging social media content, including product features, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments, to boost brand presence and customer engagement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, adapting content to keep Olivia's Haven fresh and relevant. Assist with product displays and store layout to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and gift card payments. Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
