Installation Manager Jobs in Dartford - Join Our Team!

Stannah has an exciting opportunity for an Installation Manager to join our Home Accessibility Commercial team, reporting to the National Operations Director and based in Dartford.


This role will involve managing all aspects of the installation and removal of stairlifts, with a focus on health & safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

As the Installation Manager, you will work 39 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 15:45. This role is offered on a permanent contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced installation or operations professional looking to lead teams, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality customer outcomes.


To be successful as the Installation Manager, it is essential that you have previous stairlift installation experience and strong health and safety knowledge. Experience in people management and operational leadership would be desirable.

Qualifications

Installation Manager - Requirements

Proven stairlift installation and testing experience Strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards IOSH Managing Safely and Asbestos Awareness NVQ Level 2 in Stairlift Installation Level 3 Management qualification (or working towards) and full UK driving licence
