Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Installation Manager

to oversee and manage Fire Alarm, Warden Call and Security small works and projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

This is a key leadership role within the business, requiring strong organisational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee installation projects from start to finish Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client specifications Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations Act as the main point of contact for clients during installations Resolve issues and challenges efficiently to minimise delays Complete project documentation and reporting accurately Support continuous improvement of installation processes

Experience

Proven experience in an installation management or similar role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Good technical understanding of installation processes Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Strong communication and client-facing skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Competent IT skills (MS Office and relevant systems) Full UK driving licence (if applicable) Knowledge of BS-5839 is essential in the role.
