The Role
As Installation , you will oversee the planning and execution of bathroom installations across Scotland. Combining your plumbing expertise with leadership skills, you'll ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead from the front: Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to fit teams and at time complete the remedial work when needed
Oversee operations: Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve on-site challenges.
Deliver excellence: Work closely with customers to ensure an outstanding service experience, reflecting BMAS's commitment to quality.
Collaborate effectively: Liaise with regional operations teams to ensure seamless project preparation and resourcing.
Foster teamwork: Build a culture of excellence by driving collaboration, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
What You Bring
Plumbing experience, ideally in wet rooms and bathroom installations.
Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
A passion for delivering world-class customer service at every stage.
Flexibility to travel across Scotland as required.
