Role Description



In this role you will be leading, managing, and executing the installation of all of our creative build projects on our streets and overseeing the full install and derig lifecycle motivating, training and guiding your team to deliver seamless, creative, ambitious and beautifully crafted installations with budget, safety and sustainability a guiding force.

At the moment there is no-one in this team so we are looking to recruit this role and then start to build the installation service around the Install manager with a combination of freelance and permanent team members.

We need someone who is a meticulous planner, great team leader, has advanced knowledge of installations and working on outdoor locations and at height, is passionate about the work we do and wants to be part of a growing team.

This role will report in to the Operations Manager Creative Studio and will work closely with the project heads to track projects and timelines and budgets.

What you'll be doing



Build and establish a strong installation team and methodology to support the work of the Creative Studio Work closely with project managers and the build team to ensure that methods used to build are suitable for installation Oversee all installations and derigs Book in and schedule team for installs/derigs Hold briefing meetings for installs Run an organised, motivated and conscientious team Build a positive and robust H&S equipment and practices Visit site as and when required Create RAMS and WPPS as required Create and track installation budgets Organise additional equipment and materials as required Work with engineers when needed on load and install methods Oversee quality control of all activations Keep up to date with new methodologies

About you



You will have experience working in a similar role handling multiple priority projects and stakeholders at one time. Possess in-depth knowledge of large scale installations Extensive H&S experience and able to apply it to all projects Proven experience managing and mentoring a team. Can work collaboratively and think creatively Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines and adapting quickly and diligently to last minute-changes. Possession of exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. Have great written and verbal communication. Have a high level of attention to detail and be an excellent problem solver. Possess a love for the street including a passion for music, art and fashion.
