To strive for excellence in the entire process including customer experience and customer satisfaction. The Installation Manager is responsible for managing the install team to achieve the team goals. As a senior member of our team, the Installation Manager must support and promote high standards of behaviour in all aspects of the role, including teamwork, professionalism and stewardship of the business. Furthermore, the Installation Manager is responsible for supporting the Herringbone House ethos, which is to support local craftspeople, use sustainable materials and give a portion back to charity. ________________________________________________________________________
Personal
To take accurate and thorough measurements using Cabinet Vision and a laser at every Pre-fit Measure. Also include photos and details about delivery and logistics.
When client facing, to manage client enquiries, responding in a professional, friendly and client focused manner, coordinating enquiries with the studio and workshop manager.
To complete all pre-fit surveys and coordinate this with the designer and workshop before production.
Management of Install Team:
Be forward thinking, developing processes and improving systems so the workflow of projects from delivery to snagging is efficient and easy to understand.
Motivate, develop, and engage a successful install team to achieve key performance metrics and achieve annual installation targets.
Eliminate all avoidable mistakes from the install team.
Conduct regular 1-2-1s and performance development reviews with the install team; to deliver and implement performance improvement plans when required.
Organise and chair weekly team zoom meeting to review KPIs, plan activity and discuss challenges.
Keeping all stats up to date, so we always know where we are with the installation schedule.
Measure and analyse the installation schedule and identify strategies to improve.
To deliver a monthly sum up of each project for management
To manage how apprentices receive training and what is required for someone to be a fitter on their own.
To manage training across the team, ensuring all fitters are able to safely and efficiently install cabinetry, appliances and anything required on-site.
