Position: Installations Manager / Project Manager

Location: Deeside

Package: 37,500 - 42,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday - 7.45am - 4.30pm + Overtime as required during peak seasons.

Contract: Permanent

4Sure Recruitment are seeking a proactive Installations Manager / Project Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of company products across the UK.

This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a technical mindset, ensuring seamless operations while managing in-house installation technicians and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Installations Manager / Project Manager:

Project & Installation Management - Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day installation and maintenance of company products nationwide.

Team Leadership - Support and manage in-house installation technicians, ensuring efficient diary planning in alignment with delivery and transport schedules.

Account Management - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new business accounts, ensuring smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Job Allocation & Route Planning - Efficiently assign jobs, optimise schedules, and plan technician routes to maximise productivity.

Technical Support & Problem-Solving - Apply a technical mindset in installation, maintenance, and sheet metal processes, troubleshooting on-site issues where necessary.

Organisation & Coordination - Maintain structured workflow planning, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

IT & Systems Management - Utilise IT tools and software to manage installations, schedules, and reporting efficiently.

What We're Looking for Installations Manager / Project Manager:

Experience in installation, maintenance, or project management, ideally within sheet metal, engineering, or manufacturing industries.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams across multiple locations.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

IT-literate, with experience in planning, scheduling, and reporting tools.

*Full Driving license essential for this opportunity
