The Role



We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands on

Project Manager - Retrofit

to join our expanding team in Hull. This role is ideal for someone experienced in coordinating on-site works, managing labour and materials, and ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035 standards. You will be responsible for overseeing installation activities, supporting operatives, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities



Organising materials and labour for on-site retrofit projects Supervising on-site works as required, ensuring quality and compliance Booking installation jobs once internal teams have signed them off Organising remediation works where required Maintaining installers' CPD and training records in line with industry regulations Ensuring all works completed by operatives are fully compliant with PAS 2035 Completing weekly van checks and ensuring logs are up to date Carrying out electronic inspections and audits Working closely with Health & Safety to ensure safe working practices on all sites Monitoring operatives' overtime and maintaining accurate records Supporting project workflow across internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements



Experience in managing installation or construction projects, ideally within retrofit or domestic energy improvements Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 requirements, installation standards and compliance expectations Ability to organise labour, materials and resources efficiently Comfortable supervising operatives and carrying out on-site checks Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple projects Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams IT competency, including use of CRM or project management systems Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Work Location:

Hybrid - typically

2-3 days per week in our Hull office

, with the remainder spent

on site across Hull and surrounding areas

(East Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and nearby regions).
