Salary:

30,900 per annum plus potential bonus

Hours:

42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00

Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual with a knack for sales and a background in the fencing or construction industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish? If so, First Fence Limited wants to hear from you!


As an Installation Advisor, you will be a pivotal part of our team, embodying these values as you guide our customers through their installation journey.

You will be the first point of contact for our installation service inquiries, playing a crucial role in converting interest into sales and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial call to the completed works. Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling Incoming Enquiries: Professionally manage incoming calls and online queries regarding fencing installations, providing expert advice and solutions. Sales Conversion: Effectively understand customer needs, present suitable fencing solutions, and convert inquiries into confirmed installation sales, meeting and exceeding targets. Booking & Planning: Accurately book and schedule installation jobs, meticulously planning a scope of works and coordinating logistics to ensure efficiency, Managing the fitting teams on site Liaison & Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between the customer and our skilled fitting teams, ensuring all parties are informed and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle. As well as liaising with other departments and our depot teams. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction from initial contact to project completion and beyond. You will be expected to handle a high volume of calls and emails, while upholding our customer commitment of answering calls within 60 seconds and replying to incoming messages and emails within 1 hour. As well as prioritise tasks to achieve both immediate goals and longer-term vision Proactive Business Development: Actively seek out new installation opportunities and generate business through various channels. This includes identifying potential leads and following up on them. Site Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys to assess customer requirements, take accurate measurements, and identify any potential challenges. A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel is essential for this aspect of the role. Market Gap Identification: Utilise your industry knowledge and customer interactions to identify gaps in the market and suggest new services or products that could increase installation revenue and enhance our offering. Sales and GP reporting: Daily progression updates to managers including costs and profit lines.


What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or account management. Previous experience in fencing installation or a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable. A natural ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, and communicate effectively over the phone of via email The ability to "hunt" for new business and a passion for growth. A valid UK driving license is essential. A commitment to upholding First Fence Limited's core values in all aspects of your work.
