We are expanding our operations and are looking to recruit skilled installers to form new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation teams. Each team will consist of a Plumber, Electrician, and Skilled Labourer--however, you do not need to apply as a pre-formed team.

About the Role
As part of an ASHP installation team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and customer handover of air source heating systems in domestic properties. You'll work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused installations that support the UK's transition to low-carbon heating.
Open Positions
1. Plumber (Heating Engineer)
Key Responsibilities
Install air source heat pump systems in domestic properties to the highest industry standards.
Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and professionally.
Ensure all installations comply with relevant regulations and company procedures.
Liaise with customers and deliver excellent service throughout installations.
Attend ongoing training to develop expertise in heat pump installation.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating (NVQ or equivalent).
Experience in domestic plumbing and heating installations.
Knowledge of air source heat pumps is beneficial but
not essential
; full training will be provided.
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
2. Electrician
Qualifications Preferred/Required
City & Guilds Electrical Installation Certificate Level 3 or above
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
Part P installation qualification
Inspection & Testing qualification
Experience
Experience working as an electrician is essential, and either:
Minimum 6 months installing air source heating systems
3. Skilled Labourer
Key Responsibilities
Assist the plumber and electrician during ASHP installations
Carry out general labouring duties including lifting, routing pipework/cabling, and site preparation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Support efficient and timely project delivery
Provide excellent customer service on site
What We're Looking For
Previous construction or mechanical/electrical site experience preferred
A proactive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work safely and follow instructions
Full UK driving licence preferred
