Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Team with Project Management skills to oversee and coordinate various installation projects of our high-end premium quality annex buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with clients, tradesmen, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate seamless project execution.

Responsibilities



Install premium annexes and garden rooms, including but not limited to: fitting roofing materials, plasterboard, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, doors/windows etc. This will also require you to organise other specialist tradesmen to complete works on the build (electricians, plumbers, plasterers etc.) Manage all phases of installation projects from groundwork to decoration/snagging and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality control. Ensuring high quality customer service. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to build, fabricate, and install various components as required. Oversee painting, plastering, roofing, and electrical work, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately. Read and interpret schematics to guide installation processes effectively. Address any issues on site and use initiative to provide solutions. Maintain clear communication with management and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills



Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in carpentry skills including building and fabricating structures. Familiarity with hand tools and welding techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of basic electrical systems and ability to read schematics is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements



The right team will need their own van and be able to travel nationwide to and from site. The right team will need their own tools, skills, and initiative to excel in the job. The right team will be willing to travel all over the country and be on site each day to install and manage the project. The right team will source/liaise with the necessary tradesmen/labourers to ensure the job is completed to impeccable standards and in line with completion dates.

Pay: 300.00-500.00 per day

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
