InTouch Display Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative digital signage solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of state-of-the-art display systems, including high-brightness through-glass touch screens, non-touch digital signage, and interactive displays, allowing clients to showcase their offerings 24/7.

Based in Somerset, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide support to the Lead Fitter, assisting with product assembly and installation, as well on-site troubleshooting.

The role will comprise working both on site and at our premises at Lower Weare, Somerset.

Key accountabilities:

1. Perform installations and configuration of digital signage equipment.

2. Conduct routine maintenance checks on display systems.

3. Train clients on the use and upkeep of their systems.

4. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability.

5. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.

6. Carry out mechanical assembly of display equipment.

7. Provide general support to other company departments when required.

Skills:

1.Excellent communication with clients and colleagues alike.

2.Good practical skills, although full training will be given.

3. Commitment to providing excellent customer service, with strong customer-led values including smart appearance, reliability and the integrity to do what it takes to deliver.

4. The ability to identify potential issues, raise concerns and present information to enable informed decision making by the appropriate stakeholders.

5. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

6. The ability to work productively under pressure, using initiative to find innovative solutions.

7. Organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail.

8. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally.

9. Self-motivated, a desire to learn and broaden own skills into all areas of the business.

10. Willingness to work away from home, when required.
