We are passionate about creating positive experiences for our customers and are looking for an enthusiastic Installation Technician to help deliver our mission.

The Role

This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. As part of our close-knit installation team, you'll travel across the UK to set up and install state-of-the-art office booths as well as perform servicing on the booths

Key Responsibilities:

Install office booths in various locations throughout the UK.

Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to meet deadlines and deliver to the highest standard.

Provide excellent on-site customer service, acting as a representative of Final Step Logistics professionalism and values.

Carry out routine safety checks and ensure all installations meet required standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues effectively.

Driving various size vans including up to 3.5T Luton.

We're seeking someone with initiative, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. While full training will be provided, the following would be advantageous:

Experience: Prior hands-on roles or experience in equipment installation, construction, or similar fields. Van driving experience preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with office booths or furniture, but not essential.

Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Customer Focus: The ability to build positive relationships with clients and deliver on expectations

Heavy lifting will be required.

Pay: 36,400.00-41,600.00 per year
