Installations Administrator
to join our
Knowsley Office
working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.
About the Role
As a
Installations Administrator
, your responsibilities will include:
- Entering new works on to our calendar
- Liaise with employed and subcontract teams, customers and other departments to ensure the satisfactory handover of all work
- General administrative duties of the installations department
- Ordering plant, equipment and consumables
- Passing sub-contractor invoices for payment
- Posting jobs on internal systems to pass for payment
- ?Monitor email inbox and distribute to necessary co-ordinator as required
As our
Installations Administrator you will need:
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, although full training will be given.
