We are now recruiting a
Window & Door Installations Manager
to lead our installation operations and deliver excellence on every project.
The Role
As our
Installations Manager
, you'll oversee all aspects of installation operations -- managing multiple fitting teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and to standard.
This is a senior-level, hands-on management role for an experienced professional who understands the
window and door installation industry
inside out.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all
window, door, and conservatory installations
from start to finish.
Plan and control installation schedules and workloads.
Lead, motivate, and support multiple installation teams and subcontractors.
Maintain high standards of
health & safety
, quality, and customer service.
Ensure all work meets
UPVC and Aluminium system specifications
.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor progress, costs, and performance metrics.
Recruit and train installers and subcontractors where needed.
Drive continuous improvement across installation operations.
Report regularly to the
Managing Director
on performance and outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum
5 years' management experience
in window, door, or conservatory installations.
In-depth knowledge of
UPVC and Aluminium window & door systems
.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Confident communicator, both with teams and customers.
Solid understanding of
construction site procedures and safety regulations
.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and installation management software.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
Full UK driving licence required.

38,000 - 44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
