Secure Locker Rental Ltd is the leading provider of bespoke rental locker solutions, and provides installation, maintenance and remedial works services to its big brother company which is the leading manufacturer of Lockers to the trade market.
We are seeking an experienced Installation/Site Works Manager to manage our Locker Installations, Routine maintenance and Remedial works programme.
The successful candidate will possess a "can do" attitude to overcoming the inevitable practical challenges that come with travel logistics, site conditions and managing employed and 3rd party labour teams: the successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator.
The role will require occasional travel across England and Wales with overnight stops where necesary.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, allocate, and supervise a team of customer service, installation and maintenance staff [including 3rd party teams], ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of work.
Effectively allocate and manage the installation, maintenance and remedial works programme schedule.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they are happy with completed works.
Oversee all installation projects from start to finish for both the locker rental business and the company's big brother locker manufacturer.
Ensure all maintenance and installation works meet safety standards, operational guidelines, and customer expectations.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance visits with the aim of avoiding the need for costly re-visist wherever possible
Maintain accurate records of all works and customer feedback, to enable historical reporting analysis.
Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to business reports as required.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a similar field.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills: experience in making sure material deliveries coincide with site labour availability.
Practical analytical approach to problem solving in real time to ensure works can be completed without delay and without revisit wherever possible.
Ability to manage and motivate internal and 3rd party teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
