We are seeking a

Modular

Building installer

to join our team on a

full time, permanent

basis

. This role involves installing and dismantling portable modular buildings at various sites across the UK. Although based at home, the position requires regular travel to and from different sites and may involve overnight stays when necessary. This role is ideal for someone with construction or installation experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast -paced growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to different locations across the UK to install modular buildings. Load, unload and safely position modular units on site Secure all connections, fixtures and fittings. Work with cranes, lifting equipment and other machinery as required Work on roofs wearing a harness Follow all health and safety regulations Conduct basic maintenance and repair work where necessary Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

construction

or a similar field is desirable but not essential as training will be given Comfortable using hand and power tools

CSCS card is Essential

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work under pressure Willingness and ability to travel long distance s and stay overnight when required

Full UK driving licence

DBS

Desirable (but not essential)

Slinger/Signaller Certification IPAF Operator Licence (for mobile elevated work platform) Any other relevant construction or site-based qualifications.

Are you willing to work occasional nights, weekends and away from home when required Are you flexible? This is not a 9am -5pm job. In general we need to be on site for 7am which will require early morning starts and late finish depending on the location of the sites we are working on. Do you have any experience installing portable buildings?
