We are seeking a Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and wiring various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Installation Engineers are responsible for building and wiring all the products, housings and assemblies we manufacture. They work to detailed engineering drawings and wiring schematics to build high-end installations containing electrical and electronic equipment for safety critical control, signalling and low-voltage power distribution applications.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Building and wiring of housings, equipment and products to detailed design drawings and schematics.
Reporting on progress, materials and tooling
Supporting the Production Manager
Training and development of junior staff
Housekeeping and site maintenance activities
Liaising with and supporting the engineering, buyer and stores functions.
Participate in client and supplier meetings
Strategic responsibilities:
Participate in the company's continuous improvement and health & safety initiatives
Undertake training and professional development
Participate in R&D Projects

Use of hand and power tools
