About Us
We provide temporary kitchen buildings, catering equipment, and refrigeration hire across the UK. Our projects range from large-scale modular kitchen installations for healthcare and construction sites to single trailer kitchens and marquee setups for events and festivals.
No two jobs are the same -- you might be preparing equipment at our HQ in Thornton-Cleveleys one day, and installing a full kitchen on a festival site the next.
The Role
We are seeking a practical, reliable Installer to join our growing team. You'll assist in the preparation, delivery, and installation of temporary kitchens and catering equipment both on-site and at our headquarters. The role is physically active, hands-on, and highly varied -- ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in different environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with assembling, preparing, loading and unloading equipment at HQ
Install and dismantle temporary kitchens, refrigeration, and catering equipment on-site
Use basic hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment (training provided)
Ensure safe and clean working conditions on all jobs
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients
Occasionally travel to projects across the UK, with overnight stays when required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Full clean UK driving licence
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Willing to travel, stay overnight when needed, and work overtime during busy periods (especially summer)
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with modular or temporary building installations
Forklift licence or experience driving 7.5-ton vehicles
CSCS Health & Safety card
DBS Checked (Will be needed for various installation types but we can organise)
Ability to lead or supervise small jobs after training
