We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated InstaPAS executive to oversee and manage retrofit projects from initial assessment through to completion.


This role involves coordinating energy efficiency or building retrofit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (PAS2023) and managing key aspects of the InstaPAS process for property upgrades.


The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, Quality assurance and stake holder satisfaction.


As an InstaPAS Executive, you will be responsible for:

Project Coordination & Delivery:



Oversee end to end delivery of retrofit projects, Including review of InstaPAS assessments and installation. Build and maintain rapport with installers across various regions. Act as the primary contact-Provide guidance, Feedback and operational support. Coordinate with contractors, Assessors and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Monitor project progress, Maintain accurate records and address issues proactively.

InstaPAS Management:



Use InstaPAS (Mobile and Desktop) PAS hub, Trustmark systems to process high volumes of surveys, designs and installations efficiently. Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring audit quality and timely sign off. Manage the property assessment (PAS) installation stages of retrofit programs. Ensure the correct documentation and compliance with PAS 2035/PAS 2030 standards. Liaise with assessors and Installers throughout the InstaPas process.

Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with relevant building and energy efficiency standards. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support audits for funding or regulatory purposes.

Stakeholder Communication:



Serve as a key point of contact for clients, Tenants, Contractors, and internal teams. Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-Specialist audiences.

Skills and experience:



Proven coordination experience, ideally within the construction or contracting industry. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and relevant planning software. Proactive Mentality Ability to use own initiative Highly organised, with the ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and work independently. Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to shared success.
