Sunday - Day Off, Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday - 05:30 - 12:00

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury\xe2\x80\x99s store, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
Responsibilities

You\xe2\x80\x99ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning. In previous roles you\xe2\x80\x99ll have been responsible for stock management and time recording, as well as dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
