Our Garden Centre is recruiting an individual who can create fantastic displays within our Dry Goods department. Management skills are required in order to run a team to assist you with your creating, merchandising and up keep of your dry goods displays
The pay band for this role is between 14 and 16 per hour, this is equivalent to 29,000 to 33,000. We are also currently running two performance bonus schemes in addition to this rate for over 100 employees.
You will have extensive training from our Head Office team in all aspects of the role. All training will be provided in store by our very experienced managers, full training should be completed within the first six months. This role will work alongside a very talented Head Office Dry Goods team who will train and develop to a high standard.

This role has excellent career potential for the right candidate. You will be part of a six person management team running a busy retail garden centre reporting to the store manager / head office. You will be a key member within the Dry Goods team who are tasked with creating and maintaining superb displays for our customers.
Duties will include:
Creating and Merchandising fantastic Dry Goods displays
Leading and managing the in store dry goods workload
Stock re-ordering
Stock taking
Managing the displays of Christmas, Tools, Feeds, Chemicals, Bird Care etc
Ensuring displays are complete with POS and shelf edge labels
