Job Title: Instore Team Member - Pizza

Location: Papa Johns Pizza

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Instore Team Member to join our team at Papa Johns As an Instore Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team of other pizza makers and instore staff to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and taking their orders

- Preparing pizza toppings, dough, and other ingredients

- Assembling pizzas according to customer orders and company standards

- Operating ovens and other equipment to cook pizzas

- Slicing and packaging pizzas for takeaway orders

- Keeping the store clean and organized

- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Ensuring that customers receive friendly, prompt, and attentive service

- Following food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

- Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene guidelines is a plus.
