Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and kitchen areas. Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Upsell products by highlighting special promotions and new arrivals to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products and services. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferred, showcasing your understanding of customer service dynamics. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential for maintaining high hygiene standards. Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience will be advantageous in food preparation tasks. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively and effectively. A keen interest in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance is desirable. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
