Location - Remote or our office in the Lake district

Role - Fixed term - seasonal (now - 31st March 2026)

Salary - 25,400 annually (pro-rated to a seasonal role)

Maison Sport is revolutionising the way ski & snowboard instructors work around the world, whilst dramatically improving the customer experience in finding and booking an instructor.

We're looking for an outgoing individual that has a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships and a native level of spoken and written English and French or Italian.

The role will involve you working within our Instructor Community team to help our instructors get the most from our platform, whether it's assisting them onboarding, their profile, booking issues and queries, answering their queries and helping them to maximise their bookings through Maison Sport.

Deal with instructor queries, questions and issues. Assist instructors with the onboarding/account creation process. Advise instructors on how to get the most out of the platform to maximise their bookings. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards instructors at all times. Develop a sound understanding of the instructor's relationship with the platform. Use our internal helpdesk software to deliver outstanding service to our Instructor Community. Moderate any misuse of the platform. Troubleshoot technical problems to our in-house web & app development team. Assist the Customer Success team with finding suitable instructors for our customers.
Requirements

- Native level of spoken and written English and French or Italian

- A passion for providing excellent service.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Skiing/snowboarding experience (any instructor qualifications are a big plus).

We have 2 roles available, part time (circa 20 hours per week) and full time (40 hours per week) from now until the end of March 26.
