We are now expanding our insulation division and looking for a

Contracts Manager with Insulation & Building Treatments Level 3 NVQ

to join our leadership team and oversee insulation installs across multiple schemes.

Role Overview

As a

Contracts Manager

, you will be responsible for managing insulation teams delivering

loft, cavity wall, external wall, internal wall, and floor insulation

works. You will ensure

compliance with PAS 2035

, oversee

material supply chains

, monitor performance against KPIs, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead insulation installation teams across multiple retrofit projects Ensure works meet PAS 2030/2035 and TrustMark standards Manage pre-install surveys, risk assessments, and sign-offs Plan and coordinate daily workloads for internal and subcontracted crews Monitor installer performance, training, and compliance with NVQ standards Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, and Compliance Managers Maintain accurate records of installs, materials used, and H&S checks Respond to snags, callouts, and customer escalations Report to Operations Director on weekly project status and outcomes

Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Insulation & Building Treatments (or equivalent)

Proven experience managing insulation retrofit projects under ECO, LAD, SHDF, or similar schemes Strong working knowledge of PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035 standards CSCS card (Manager level or higher preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Experience with Airtightness, IWI, and/or EWI systems Retrofit Coordinator or Domestic Energy Assessor qualification Familiarity with TrustMark portal and Ofgem compliance reporting Previous work under Eco4, Wave 2.1, or similar decarbonisation schemes

Pay: 40,000.00-52,000.00 per year
