Avonside Energy is growing - and we're looking for hands-on, reliable Insulation Installers to join our expert team working on newbuild housing projects. With

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing high - performance insulation (loft/cavity wall/timber frame) on newbuild housing sites Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship on active construction sites Working safely and efficiently as part of a respected team Representing a company known for quality and professionalism

What You'll Need:

Experience in insulation, drylining, or general construction (preferred) CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one) Strong work ethic and attention to detail A full UK driving licence Physical stamina to lift materials and work in physically demanding environments A team-player attitude and readiness to learn

Additional information:

Occasional out of area work with fully funded overnight stays, if required. This is a 'paid for productivity' role with on target earnings in excess of 35,000.
