Get out there, convert it, and retain it.

Here's what's available...

• 30% commission on all new business income - no smoke, no mirrors
• 85k+ achievable in Year One with the pipeline already in place
• Dedicated Account Handler - zero admin, zero renewal firefighting
• Local Claims team who own claims end-to-end
• A small inherited book alongside a constant flow of new opportunities
• Total diary autonomy + hybrid/home working

The clients?
A respected mix of:

• Commercial businesses
• Farms & estates
• Agricultural suppliers and rural enterprises
• All sitting on the periphery of the agricultural ecosystem - relationship-led, loyal, and commercially minded.

• A Commercial Development Executive who wants proper earnings and less noise
• Or an Agricultural Underwriter / Insurer-side professional ready to move closer to the client and be rewarded for it

You must be Cumbria-based. This opportunity is local, relationship-driven and to get the best out of it you need to be close to the opportunities.
You'll need to be someone who enjoys client work, sales and converting great targets into trusted clients.
