Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote our products/services.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales administration team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Provide bilingual support (Spanish preferred) to cater to a diverse clientele.
Prepare reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market analysis for management review.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
Experience in telemarketing is advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
