As part of the

New Claims Team

, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate data entry and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work in a supportive team environment, where strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential. With a fast-paced workflow, effective time management and organisational skills will be key to success.

What you'll be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers making claims, via phone and email Accurately inputting claim details into internal systems Handling confidential enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail Making liability decisions and allocating work across teams Coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth claim progression Communicating with third parties involved in incidents Supporting claim handlers to enhance efficiency in claims resolution Gaining hands-on experience with

motor, property, and liability claims

Progressing towards managing your own portfolio of claims from start to settlement

What we're looking for:

5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Maths and English
