Structured career progression plans , where hitting target 3 weeks in a row will lead to a higher base salary. Majority of your earnings will be coming from bonuses, OTE anywhere from 45k+++ (this is uncapped).

What You'll Be Doing:

Find the best insurance deals for first-time drivers and make sure they get the best bang for their buck.

Smash personal and team targets - with loads of rewards and incentives along the way!

Keep up with the latest industry trends and know your stuff when it comes to insurance.

Build great relationships with your customers.

What We're Looking For:

A go-getter with a positive attitude and loads of energy.

Someone who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

A motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets and earning commission.

Great problem-solving skills - you'll be helping young drivers find the best options for them!

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but if you're confident and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Ideally you would need a car and drivers licence.
