The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on insurance products, developing client relationships, and facilitating the sales process. Responsibilities
Analyse clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies tailored to their needs.
Negotiate terms and premiums with insurance providers to secure the best deals for clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular contact and personalised service.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and promote our insurance products.
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, renewals, and policy adjustments accurately.
Utilise marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's market presence.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to facilitate smooth policy issuance and claims handling when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities using organisational tools.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English;
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions.
Experience in sales administration, telemarketing, or marketing within the insurance sector.
Bilingual abilities that enable effective communication with diverse client groups.
Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
Organised approach to managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
