We're now looking for a motivated sales professional ready to break into insurance, bring focus and ambition to our high-energy team, and build a career that can scale as fast as our business.

The Role:

Build and manage your own pipeline of commercial clients in construction & fleet sectors Build your own prospect list of clients Convert leads, referrals, and outbound opportunities into long-term clients Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and onboarding Deliver exceptional service while meeting (and exceeding) sales targets Contribute to the culture and collective ambition of our sales floor

What We're Looking For

No insurance experience required 1 years minimum of proven sales or customer-facing experience Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earnings Resilient, disciplined, and able to thrive under pressure Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships A team player who wants to progress in a high-performance environment
