Account Handler

to join our growing Enterprise team in Nairn. This role is vital to providing a personalised service to a wide array of SME clients within an established local office. You will be responsible for the servicing of existing clients at both renewal and mid term, along with the development of new business. Duties would include;

Provide an excellent quality service, building effective relationships with client's and insurers.

Obtaining extensive details of commercial insurance requirements to establish client's requirements, ranging in size and sector.

Working and placing business within our insurance markets, providing solutions and strategies to meet the client's requirements and needs

Working with colleagues and insurers both at local and national level.

Person Specification

Previous experience in a similar role, with understanding across a range of products and sectors. Strong communication skills Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy portfolio independently. Ability to work within processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Understanding of the broking insurance markets along with regulation and compliance Collaborative and aligned with the company's service values and standards.
