Duties

Identify client needs through detailed analysis and provide suitable insurance products accordingly Negotiate terms and premiums with insurance providers to secure the best deals for clients Manage sales administration tasks, including processing policies, renewals, and documentation Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and promote insurance services Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and policy details in accordance with company standards Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to ensure optimal policy coverage for clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage roles, with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment and engage with diverse clients Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable policies Experience in sales administration, including managing documentation and CRM systems Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to the insurance sector Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and attention to detail Bilingual capabilities will be considered a significant asset for this role
