Junior Sales Executive - No Experience Needed

24,000 base + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE 40,000-70,000+)

At Drive HGV, we're a small, family-run business based in Basingstoke, helping people across the UK retrain and start new careers as professional HGV drivers. From theory tests to getting licensed, we guide hundreds of customers every year through the entire process -- and we're growing fast.

We're now hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our team and grow with us. You don't need sales experience -- just energy, a great attitude, and the willingness to learn. In return, we'll invest in you with full training, support, and clear progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking to warm leads (no cold calling) Calling back people who've asked for a quote or a callback Explaining the steps to become an HGV driver and how we support them Helping customers choose the right training package Working to realistic, achievable sales targets -- and earning competitive commission when you hit them

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Includes a 1-hour unpaid break (45 mins lunch + 15 mins afternoon) 37.5 paid hours per week
