We are looking for a dynamic individual who:

CeMAP Qualified (or currently in the process of qualifying) Demonstrates excellent communication skills, able to project confidence and expertise Possesses the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients, creating lasting relationships Has a genuine passion for providing the best possible advice and customer experience Is driven, with a strong ambition to achieve success Has a customer-centric attitude, focused on meeting clients' needs and ensuring they receive the most suitable mortgage and protection options Possesses strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in advice and recommendations Is willing to learn and adapt, staying up-to-date with market trends, mortgage products, and financial regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide mortgage and protection advice to a diverse range of clients Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met Tailor advice to each client's individual circumstances, ensuring the best possible outcomes Keep up-to-date with changes in the mortgage industry, financial regulations, and products Offer excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel confident and informed at every step of the mortgage process Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet business targets and deliver excellent results
