We provide FCA compliance support to Motor Dealers across the UK. We also manufacture automotive add-ons and insurance products for new car buyers, including GAP Insurance, Minor Damage, Cosmetic Repair & Complete Wheel Insurance.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and detail orientated Insurance & Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. This role primarily involves managing insurance policies and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrate various insurance policies, including GAP, Cosmetic Repair and Complete Wheel insurance.
Monitor compliance to FCA regulations and internal policies.
Assist our field team in the preparation of documentation for external audits.
Keep up-to-date with changes in FCA compliance regulations and communicate updates.
Prepare and submit accurate and regular reports related to insurance and compliance.
Serve as a friendly and supportive point of contact for customers and policy holders alike.
Experience:
A background in Insurance and/or compliance is not necessary, we can teach everything you need to know!
Experience in a busy customer service environment is preferrable.
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Problem-solving skills.
