The Role:
This role is suitable for someone with previous experience within home insurance, to join our new business department. You will guide your clients through the insurance process, ensuring they understand their options and helping them make informed decisions. There is no cold calling involved, all leads are actively seeking insurance quotations at the time of contact.
Pay Structure:
32,300 OTE - comprising a basic salary of 27,000, an annual bonus of 1,700, and a monthly bonus of up to 300. Full details of the bonus structure can be provided and explained during the recruitment process.
Duties
Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine clients' insurance requirements.
Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners alike, through effective written and verbal communication, and customer service.
Take ownership of your clients, assisting them through the full sales process as their designated case handler.
Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance offerings.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain the high level of client satisfaction, that we pride ourselves on.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in property insurance or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present products and our service to clients professionally and effectively.
We are not a client facing office, so excellent telephone communication skills are essential, and the capability to compile professional and informative emails to clients and insurers, with a focus on customer service.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail.
