Phoenix Solutions & Consulting are working directly with an esteemed Insurance Brokerage based in Tunbridge wells, Kent.
We are looking for induvial's who are looking for their next career opportunity in the Insurance industry, dealing with customer calls and navigating their information providing a detailed and professional approach to their customer care and insurance.
Dealing with Commercial and Private motor insurance, you will be required to follow the FCA and GDPR Guidelines.
The Job:
We are looking for:
- Customer Service advisors (Better packages can be navigated with experienced staff)
Requirements:
Commitment to providing good customer service Excellent telephone manner Strong written and oral communication skills Attention to detail Professional and responsible Focused and self motivated Patient and tactful Enthusiastic team player Keen to learn and progress Strong IT skills
This role will be dealing with current customers and doing data entry and admin.

Pay: 24,500.00 per year
Schedule:
Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability
