Overview

Graham Sykes , a leading independent insurance broker, is looking to appoint a highly motivated Customer Service person to join our team with a great attitude to learning.

Office based in Exmouth, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a team of highly experienced people, and develop a career within a busy, customer-focused insurance broker. Graham Sykes is entering an exciting phase with significant investment in the business from Noble Insurance Group who purchased the business in 2022. This is a great time to join our company and offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least two years motor Insurance knowledge within the Insurance industry with specialist motor insurance being preferable.

. A knowledge of SME products is desirable but not essential.

Great customer service when speaking to customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.

An enthusiastic and upbeat personality, with a can-do attitude.

A desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience of working in an office or call centre environment is desirable, but not essential.

The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

The role will include inbound and outbound calls, new business quotations, renewing current policies, and dealing with any general policy adjustments.
