Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within this full service West End firm for a 4-7qe associate to handle insurance policy holder work as well as broader commercial disputes.
The work is high quality and international in nature with the firm usually opposite the big name firms in the insurance space. They regularly handle large scale matters on claims running into the hundreds of millions of pounds. As the team is smaller, the associates gain exposure to a broad range of insurance disputes including coverage, D&O, political risk, professional indemnity etc. There is also a great deal of client exposure from the outset. On the disputes side they handle a very varied diet of large scale commercial litigation as well as large scale Class actions.
To be considered for this role you should be an insurance litigator with exposure to either policy holder disputes or currently be acting on behalf of the insurer and looking to switch 'sides'.
