The Role
The role is primarily responding to insurance claims. Gathering, assessing, exploring and investigating insurance claims. This includes gathering documents and checking facts. Closely liaising with the client or assignee about their claim throughout the process and coming to a resolution. Processing claims for payment. Running monthly reports on both insurance claims data and the insurance policy data and comparing.

8:30am - 5:30pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Complete claim notification and initiation
Advice on coverage, requirements and analysis of related issues with our clients to facilitate the settlement of claims
Carefully handle the claims negotiation process with Assignees, Underwriters or Loss Adjusters
Proactively anticipate and present to Assignee the best strategy to resolve the claim
Negotiate the payment and settlement of claims with Assignees and Underwriters
Engage, supervise and lead third party providers (e.g. Repair Companies)
Collating of timely, accurate and clear information to our claim administrators to enable claims to be processed
Accurate data inputting into various internal and external databases
Conduct data reporting and analysis to establish the claims history and identify trends and patterns
Ensure effective communication is in place internally and externally
Provide general support to the Supply Chain Team Engage and co-ordinate third party providers(e.g. Repair Companies)

Experience: Skills /Abilities & Knowledge

As part of the role, the job holder will be responsible for the processing of information, which may be special category data by nature. The job holder is obliged to follow the company Data Protection, Information Security Polices
