Job Description
Are you a litigation solicitor interested in joining a specialist litigation firm? If so this is a role worth looking at. You will have the opportunity to join a firm comprised of pure litigations, all highly skilled litigators, to specialise in defender based insurance litigation. You will manage a diverse caseload, working closely with a range of insurer clients. You will handle claims from initial instruction through to resolution, delivering strategic, commercial and pragmatic advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of insurance litigation files, including motor, casualty, property, and recovery claims.
- Drafting pleadings, preparing court documents and handling procedural hearings.
- Providing clear, timely advice to insurer clients.
- Conducting negotiations and pursuing cost?effective resolutions.
- Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and contributing to team development.
