We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our insurance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing an integral role in turning customer insight into impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives.
You'll lead on performance marketing across paid and company managed channels including PPC, SEO, email, and social working closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results.
The Role
By joining our team you'll:
Lead multi-channel marketing activity across PPC, SEO, email, paid social, and web ensuring all activity is insight-driven, performance-optimised, and brand-aligned.
Collaborate with internal channel experts, product, brand and commercial teams, to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing activity that meets commercial and customer goals.
Make smart, data-led decisions using tools like Looker, to monitor performance, sharing regular updates with stakeholders, and refining activity based on trading trends, forecasts and competitor insight.
Champion continuous improvement, testing new creative, messaging and formats, identifying fresh growth opportunities across channels and audiences.
Manage workflow and timelines to ensure efficient, cohesive multi-channel delivery, plan and execute channel communications for campaigns, product launches, features, and promotional offers
Monitor all digital touchpoints and user behaviour to shape more relevant, effective marketing experiences.
Requirements
What you can bring to our team:
Proven experience in a digital marketing or campaign management role.
Good understanding of travel insurance products and the wider market.
Data confidence and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance insights using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and other reporting platforms.
Customer-first mindset, with a deep understanding of the journeys and digital touchpoints that influence behaviour -- always looking for ways to improve the experience and drive better results.
Commercial awareness, with a focus on trading performance, growth targets and delivering tangible results. You know how marketing supports broader business goals and can adapt strategies in real time.
Strong communication and stakeholder management: You're comfortable & effective when presenting ideas, performance updates and recommendations to peers, leaders and the wider team.
Creativity and innovation, paired with a test-and-learn mentality. You bring fresh ideas, try new approaches and iterate based on what works.
Understanding / ability to create and optimise marketing in a regulated environment
