Job Description

We are seeking motivated Sales Agent's with experience in sales to join our UK team. Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working (after successfully passing probation) and competitive incentives available as part of global company growth.

Starting Salary: 25k per annum

(OTE 60,000 - 85,000) doe

MUST be able to start 22nd September 2025

What you will be doing:

Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products Provide accurate information on products that is clear, fair and becoming of our commitment to treating customers fairly Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance Help and support our customers, giving them the peace of mind knowing that those who matter most to them are protected

Who we want:

Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre Target driven Strong communication and listening skills High level of resilience and motivation to succeed Excellent attention to detail Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Exemplify our core values: Customer Focused, Results Driven, Team Spirited!
