An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Warminster Agency for a Sales Executive.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive and Life Lead Co-ordinator for the Warminster Agency, you will play a key role in raising the profile of our agency by;
Identify and progress General Insurance and Financial Services opportunities through referrals, cross selling, cold calling, and lead generation to grow our client base.
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and proactively identify suitable products and services.
Present and explain insurance policy options in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring clients are fully informed and confident in their decisions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, cross-selling of Financial Services and long-term loyalty.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and policy documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide expert knowledge and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details using CRM systems and reporting tools.

About you:
Ideally, experienced in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services (though not essential).
A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Willing to learn and develop professionally - we'll support you with full training and
development opportunities
You will need Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above) and possess good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
