Intake Quality Controller
Job Role
This QC position will ensure that all product is checked on arrival against customer requirements & expectations, with any issues reported and dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Duties Include
Monitoring the quality of product on Intake Ensuring product meets customer expectations Generating reports and documentation, with attention to detail Raise non-conformances and ensure corrective action is completed within a timely manner
To ensure the integrity of our products, customers and brands is always maintained, as suitable to the role and defined in relevant procedures.
Requirements
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or relevant experience gained within a food manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of red meat butchery specifications Strong IT skills and working experience of Microsoft applications Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
Hours of work
This is a full-time, day shift role which includes Saturdays on a rota basis. Flexibility is required particularly to cover busy periods in the business.
